Small enough to keep close every day, it can be slipped into a pocket, purse or bag as a quiet reminder that slowing down is not the same as giving up.

The 38mm token features the reassuring words 'It's Okay to Pause', surrounded by hearts, stars and small decorative details.

It is presented on a kraft backing card featuring the message:
'A little permission to pause.'

The accompanying words remind the recipient that they do not have to keep going without a moment to breathe, and that taking time to pause can be part of looking after themselves.

🎨 Choose Your Colour
You can choose from 14 colours for the highlighted wording on your token.

Your chosen colour will be used for the words 'Okay' and 'Pause', while 'It's' and 'to' and the surrounding decorative details remain black.

The token measures approximately 38mm across and is supplied attached to its printed kraft backing card.

Each pocket token image is designed by me, making every design part of my own collection of meaningful little reminders.

Made using a metal disc, printed paper design, protective Mylar covering and plastic backing disc.
